"Amazing!! They had me at "hello". I was having DEF system issues. I was in Milan on Friday evening when I started having issues. I went to Petro they said this is freightliner issue. I woke up Saturday morning calling the "24/7" diesel repair shops. I called 4 of them. 2 I received voicemail. Left messages no call back. 1 text me back and said they couldn't help me. The last one the mechanic text me and said mechanic will be out to me in an hour. Nobody ever showed up and stopped answering my texts. That's when I decided to drive to Gallup. As I was driving I went into d rate to 55 miles per hour. I looked up some repair shops. this was the first one that popped up. I called and someone answered the phone!!!!!! Not only that... once I explain the issue he told me they could help me!! When I get there, John was very kind and professional. He explained what he was going to do then jumped into action.
